The #MeToo Movement has resulted in an increase in the number of complaints of sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace. In this workshop we will how demonstrate how organizations can appropriately respond to and investigate complaints of harassment and discrimination in the workplace. We will walk through what types of issues should be investigated and some best practices for conducting a thorough, balanced and credible workplace investigation. We will also discuss the importance of looking deeper into your organization after the crisis has passed to identify and eliminate underlying or "root causes" of these types of complaints so that future problems can be prevented.
