In today’s work environment every person needs to be able to lead – up, down and across the organization. It is harder to dictate actions in today’s complex business environment. More often people must model collaborative leadership skills and become skilled at diagnosing issues, relationship dynamics and finding mutually acceptable outcomes. In this skill-building course, participants will learn skills to influence the behavior and attitudes of others through a combination of self-assessment, “real-play” activities and practice sessions. Suitable for individual contributors and managers who rely on others to get their job done and make it happen!

Key leadership skills
Look at where power and influence reside in their organization
What power and influence they hold and how to increase it
How people negotiate and engage in constructive conflict.
